Patanjali Ayurveda: Patanjali allotment transparent: Maharashtra CM

MCG: No tax on basement if used for parking

Bharuchas for Anil Ambani $12m PE investment in Trilegal’s Square Yards

Trilegal acted for Square Yards in this round - its second since a $11m investment from high net-worth individuals last year - led by partner Kunal Chandra and supported by counsel Anjali Menon and associate Aditi Jain. Capacit'e secures construction orders worth Rs 1,500 crore

Construction company Capacit'e Infraprojects (‘Capacit'e’) has secured orders aggregating Rs 1,500 crore from leading real estate developers. The construction order is from real estate developers like Oberoi, Wadhwa, Rustomjee and Kalpataru in Mumbai; Ozone in Bengaluru; and Emaar in Gurgaon. The company has secured all the orders post demonetisation. Capacit'e bagged the construction work from Oberoi Constructions for two super high-rise buildings in the Enigma project in Mulund in November 2016. Read more
